Every month’s group balance session is based on the energetic theme for the month.
We work with a surrogate to connect with the energy of the group and use a bio feedback mechanism called muscle testing to navigate and work with the needs of the group.
As a collective we work together to dismantle any energetic responses and potential triggers your mind, body or soul may be having to the current vibrations and frequencies; and when needed the group has been asked to activate templates or reconnect specific energy pathways in the body.
Here’s what you are going to get with your membership:
A powerful monthly group balance and all associated teaching.
The balances are currently held on the first Sunday of the month over zoom.
Recordings are uploaded into your portal so even if you're getting together with family or friends for a Sunday roast, you never miss a thing!
AND
You will receive full access to the quarters recording, so you can always go back and revisit the previous work that has been done. This way you, no matter when you join the group, you are always able to participate in the work that has been done in previous months.
Access to a new training programme every month.
The training programme will be created to support the work we have done in the group balance, so you can integrate the energetic work on other levels of your health and wellbeing too.
Working this way will help the mind and body to work together so you can achieve optimum results.
The programme will include an audio, pdfs, and workbooks, as appropriate.
A structured, guided mediation to “exercise” and develop the physical and causal body energetics, to accelerate reconnections and rewiring within the energetic and electrical systems of the body.
These mediations support you to rebuild and strengthen the inner energetics of your physical body and expand its ability to up level as the light pouring into the planet increases.
Each one is unique and helps to keep you on track and ahead of the curve, supporting the body to move through the changes that are taking place with more ease.

Hello, if we haven’t met before I’m Stella. I’m so pleased that you have found your way to this page.
I’m a specialist kinesiologist, mentor coach and large group facilitator. I have worked thousands of hours on a 1:1 basis and my clients have been my greatest teachers. My super power is being able to apply my innate understanding of the unique relationship your soul has with your physical, astral and causal bodies to create a grounded physicality that allows you to access your maximum growth and limitless potential at the level of the soul.
My private practice is booked many many months ahead based on word-of-mouth recommendations and I have run large group balances and training programmes both online and in person for many years.
I’ve known for years that part of what I am here to do is to be working in large groups, especially now at this time when we are being asked collectively to step up our game and get our big pants on!
What I do is effective and gets results quickly because when working, whether it's with an individual client, or a group, I very basically do exactly what the soul asks me to do .
